Chef Abby Ferrer from Queens, NY totes over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Chef Abby has worked in major cities from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Boston to Miami but has brought her technical expertise and passion to Maui to create a one-of-a-kind brunch experience that is second to none. Drawing inspiration from her family, culture, and travels, Chef Abby is intentional about balancing respect for the environment and support of local agriculture to provide guests with a well-rounded dining experience.
